After a successful run as a campus ambassador, I stepped up to manage the entire Gen-Z community network across New Delhi, focusing on large-scale execution and team performance.
Team Management: I managed and guided a city-wide network of campus representatives, keeping everyone aligned with our KPIs, point systems, and brand guidelines across all regional events.
Campaign Execution: I ideated and directed offline-to-online guerrilla marketing initiatives that directly contributed to multi-million dollar brand growth and increased user acquisition across the city.
Community Building: I built a tight-knit community among the reps themselves, conducting regular meetups and distributing targeted content to maintain high enthusiasm and brand loyalty.

I started my journey at Tinder driving hyper-local, on-the-ground user acquisition and building brand awareness directly within university campuses.
Guerrilla Marketing: I worked independently to spark conversations, host local meet-ups, and distribute merchandise, turning physical campus events into sustained online buzz.
User Feedback & Partnerships: I leveraged on-campus partnerships to promote the app while simultaneously gathering, compiling, and reporting critical user feedback back to the core product team.
Content Strategy: I created and maintained a strategic campus activity calendar, aligning our promotional pushes seamlessly with exam cycles and college festivals to maximize engagement.
